Comment: I was totally impressed when the chair arrived on Christmas Eve Day. That was perfect timing. My daughter loved it and is using it frequently.
The only thing I thought would be included was instructions on how to put it together. My daughter figured it out on her own.

Summary: good chair but...
Comment: I really like the chair. Its very light weight and easy to set up. I'm not a very big girl and this chair is very easy for me to carry around. When the chair was delivered the first time, it was the wrong product. I emailed the company and they were quick to get me the right chair. I had it in about a week. But when it was delivered the second time, one of the rubber stoppers on the bottom was broken and there was a hole in the bag. Well after having to wait all that time to get the chair and dealing with the first mess up i just said forget and kept the product as is. I kind of fixed the stopper and the hole in the bag is very small. Also the head rest doesn't seems to be very sturdy. It stays in place fine but the wood itself seems very cheap. I'm a massage student and I bought the chair to use to practice massage on friends and family so i think its a good chair for what I'm using it for. Everyone I work on thinks that the chair is very comfortable so overall I'm happy with the product.
