Summary: Wonderful chair, but where's the manual???
Comment: Nice chair. Very comfortable. Quality is good. Easy to put together(except for some screws not readily lining up w/their hole. Hubby and son--along w/daughter were able to get it lined up so that the screw could be put in). Only other problem: no manual to tell you how to hook it up properly once it was assembled and no manual to explain the different operating functions.

Summary: Heating massage chair
Comment: Assembly was easy but some of the screws were off just a bit making it hard for a girl to tighten. There were instructions for the assembly but there were NO instructions for the wiring connections. It was REALLY confusing because you could not see how the wires ran in the one picture of instructions. When I called the company for assistance I got a recording requesting I either visit their website to fill out a form or leave a message for a call back. I did get a call back from a human who left a message on my machine requesting I either visit their website or call back again with a more detailed account of my problem. I ended up winging it on my own and then plugged it in to the electrical outlet with my fingers crossed. It worked and I did not blow myself up. Thank goodness.

Overall, the chair is ok, especially for the price. VEry comfortable just to sit in but it is a little loud when vibrating. The heat could be a little too much for sensitive person.

Summary: Excellent chair for the money.
Comment: Have had this recliner for over a month now. Works very well with 10 different massage patterns and 5 intensities. The heat on the lower back feels great. It is not leather, so only time will tell how durable the covering will be. It seems very well made for the price, and my wife's mom liked it so much, she ordered one too.

Summary: Great Chair with super fast shipping
Comment: I ordered the chair on a Friday, and received it the following Tuesday. Its really easy to put together (even for a girl), just follow the instructions, as far as the wiring, there is really no way to get it wrong, as long as you use common sense. The Chair looks great, works great, although the massage function is really more like a vibrate which is ok with me.
