Summary: Great product for the back!
Comment: I bought this item about 3 weeks ago and just love it! It does a great job massaging the back, I especially like the function of an upper and lower massages or you can do the whole back. It is very portable and the power cord is very long, making it easy to find an outlet within reach of the massager. I would recommend this product to anyone and absolutely love it!

Summary: Great product! Really helps my back
Comment: I tested most of the Homedics massager models, and this one was by far the best. Provides upper and/or lower back massage, without without heat. Noise level is fairly low, for this kind of device. Highly recommended (but buy THIS MODEL---some of the other models aren't as good).
